Are you a honey lover? Even if you aren't, you really must try DayBreak Manor honey from Wiscasset, Maine. It is an artisan honey that is harvested and packaged in the European way with no heat process, therefore it is naturally opaque. We sell it here at Ornament, and customers use it in their tea, spread it on bread, drizzle it over cheddar cheese, as well as use it in cooking and baking or for giving as a gift.
